Enter On InstagramMissed this one? Follow along on Instagram and Facebook, as that’s where every giveaway is announced first.
You never need to share personal information to enter one of my giveaways. Here’s exactly what I see, what I use, and what I don’t.
Only what’s already public on the post: your Instagram username or Facebook name, your comment and the friends you tag. I don’t ask for your name, address, phone number or email to enter, and I don’t copy or keep a list of entrants.
I’ll send you a direct message from @crumbandchaos_cakes on Instagram or the Crumb & Chaos Cakes Facebook page to arrange a collection time. All I need is a first name to put on your bag. Prizes are collected in person, so I never need your address. Anything you tell me about allergies is used only to keep you safe.
I won’t add you to a mailing list, use your details for marketing or pass them to anyone else. Once your prize is collected, I don’t keep your details anywhere outside our message chat.
Your details are handled by Crumb & Chaos Cakes Ltd in line with UK data protection law. You can ask what I hold about you, or ask me to delete it, at any time by emailing crumbandchaoscakes@gmail.com. Open to UK residents aged 18 and over who can collect the prize from Cuddington, Cheshire. Members of my household and immediate family can’t enter. I may ask a winner to confirm they meet these conditions before handing over a prize.
Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. You can enter on Instagram, Facebook or both:

Facebook: like the official giveaway post on the Crumb & Chaos Cakes page and comment a 🎃 emoji. Tagging friends is not required on Facebook.

There are 2 winners. Each wins one Halloween Boo Bag worth £15.99, containing a Pick Your Poison cupcake, a Halloween dipped chocolate chip cookie, a Boo Brownie Bite, a bag of spooky sweets and a Halloween colouring-in sheet, gift bagged. Bag colour is subject to availability.
There’s no cash alternative and the prize can’t be exchanged, though you’re welcome to gift it to someone else. If an item becomes unavailable for reasons beyond my control, I’ll replace it with something of equal or greater value.
Winners will be drawn at random from all valid entries on Friday 30 October 2026 and announced on my official Instagram and Facebook accounts that day. Winners will also be contacted by direct message from @crumbandchaos_cakes on Instagram or the Crumb & Chaos Cakes Facebook page, depending on where they entered.
Under UK advertising rules, I can make winners’ first names and county available on request. If you win and would rather not be named, just let me know.
Winners must reply to my direct message within 24 hours to claim their prize. If I don’t hear back, I’ll draw a new winner. Prizes are collected from Cuddington, Cheshire, on Friday 30 or Saturday 31 October 2026 at a time we agree by message. Delivery and postage aren’t included.
Every Boo Bag is made in my home kitchen and labelled with full ingredient and allergen information. Please check the label before eating, and tell me about any allergies when we arrange collection. As the cupcake is a surprise flavour, just ask and I’ll tell you exactly what’s in it. Bakes are best enjoyed fresh, so please follow the storage and date guidance on the label.
This giveaway is hosted by Crumb & Chaos Cakes Ltd. It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook or Meta. By entering, you release Meta from any responsibility relating to it.
I can disqualify any entry that doesn’t follow these terms. If something outside my control stops the giveaway running as planned, I may change, pause or cancel it, and I’ll post an update on my socials.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that can’t be excluded by law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
Your personal information is handled as set out in the privacy section above.
Halloween Boo Bags are on pre-order until they’re gone, and the Christmas menu is open too.
